On October 27th, the 15th China (Chongqing) Hot Pot Food Culture Festival (hereinafter referred to as the “Hot Pot Festival”) and the 8th China (Chongqing) International Hot Pot Industry Expo opened at the Chongqing International Expo Center. As an annual industry event for the Chinese hotpot industry and a city festival for Chongqing citizens, the event has opened 9 exhibition areas to deeply integrate and showcase the hotpot industry chain in a panoramic manner, aiming to further aggregate the hotpot industry chain, enhance the value chain, and promote the high-quality development of China’s catering industry.
