On February 24, 2022, Anran held a New Year kickoff conference.
The company has officially set the annual sales targets for 2022 as well as various training systems. Looking back at 2021, we united as one, worked hard and achieved complete success. Looking ahead to 2022, we will pursue innovation, continuously surpass ourselves, and create a new chapter with a new attitude. Fight for ourselves, fight for the future.
I. Corporate culture sharing
In the meeting, General Manager Gao shared Anran’s corporate culture with everyone: within the three major sections of “developing everyone, enriching small families, and serving the country,” they experienced Anran’s “family culture,” which deeply moved every Anran employee, inspiring them to express heartfelt declarations of love to the Anran family. Anran people are united in heart, shared values, and action.
II. Training System
Xiong Anjun from the Operations Department explained the 2022 training plan to everyone. This training plan is mainly aimed at achieving the company’s business objectives, building an excellent team, establishing a learning-oriented enterprise, improving the overall quality and work capability of all employees, and creating a positive and efficient working atmosphere.
III. 8S system
The Production Department’s Liu Li proposed organizing, sorting, cleaning, tidying, cleanliness, discipline, safety, saving, and learning, explaining that 8S is a secret formula for improving corporate systems.
IV. 1–2 Month Employee Birthday Party
An has solemnly held a birthday party for employees whose birthdays fall in January and February. With the host’s speech and blessings, everyone happily gave warm applause and sincere wishes to their colleagues.
The birthday celebrants said: “This birthday was very special and very touching. I have never celebrated my birthday with so many people before.”
“Although this spring is quite cold, after this birthday celebration it feels very warm.”
“While we are grateful to the company, we will also repay the company with our best effort at work.”
