Anran Food successfully held the second session of its leadership training—“Quality Engineering”—on April 2 in the company’s training room.
Quality is the life of a company, quality is the efficiency of a company, quality is the driving force of corporate development, and quality must be ensured by all employees. Therefore, for a company, quality is its soul.

01 Manager Self-Portrait

Self-management is the area where managers have the greatest control. Once the foundation is in place, it becomes the root of success. If you are currently overwhelmed by daily management tasks, or feeling at a loss in a management dilemma, you might as well examine yourself, create a self-portrait, and see where you have lost direction and where things have gone wrong.
Let your team members add the finishing touches to your self-portrait, and see what kind of image you have in their minds. Through teamwork and interactive connections, you can open each other’s hearts more. Looking at the self-portraits that are both similar and not quite accurate, everyone can’t help but burst into laughter.

03 from ‘I am told to do’ → ‘I want to do’

Internal training takes leadership improvement as its core, cultural development as its thread, and personal learning and growth as its entry point. Combined with the company’s development situation, it provides an in-depth interpretation of the significance of abnormal records, deeply analyzes the relationship between responsibility and ability, and explores methods of embracing life with a positive mindset. It includes both interpretations of real-life cases around us and on-site interaction and experience sharing. It highlights the importance of recent abnormal records within the enterprise, reflecting employees’ transformation from resistance to a commitment of “I must take it seriously.”
